Stargate, Independence Day, Godzilla, The day after, 2012, White House Down, Roland Emmerich’s filmography is crammed with far-fetched films, excuses for awesome action scenes and tons of digital special effects. Moonfall will be no exception to the rule.
Yep, Roland Emmerich will be back next month with Moonfall, an action movie where the Moon threatens to crash into Earth due to an alien force. Fortunately, a suit theorist (John Bradley-West), a former astronaut (Patrick Wilson) and an executive from the NASA (Halle Berry) will be there to try to “save the moon, save the earth” before the drama. We will also find in the cast Donald Sutherland, Michael Peña or Charlie Plummer. While waiting for the theatrical release, the distributors Lionsgate Movies and Metropolitan Films share a last trailer, in original version and in French version.
