US series star Claire Holt (31, "The Originals") becomes a mother for the second time: The former "Vampire Diaries" actress has announced her pregnancy via Instagram: on a sweet family snapshot, the actress smiles at the camera together with her husband Andrew Joblon . Son James (1) made himself comfortable in his father's arms. A baby bump is clearly visible under Holt's blue summer dress. "Thankful for this little ray of sunshine in an uncertain time," writes the 31-year-old to the photo.
Holt and real estate manager Joblon have been married since August 2018. In March of the same year, the Australian-born girl revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage, which she described as the "darkest moment in her life". In October she announced her new pregnancy, in spring 2019 son James was born.
The actress became known as the original vampire Rebekah Mikaelson in the mystery series "Vampire Diaries". She made her first appearance in season three. Until the fifth season, she was part of the cast (2011 to 2013). Then she switched to the spin-off "The Originals" and could be seen there until 2018.
