(CercleFinance.com) – Clariane (formerly Korian) announces that its option for the payment of the dividend in shares, open from June 23 to July 7, has been retained at 8.31%, resulting in the creation of 323,330 ordinary shares news, representing 0.30% of the capital and voting rights.
The settlement-delivery of the shares and their admission to the regulated market of Euronext Paris will take place on 13 July. The cash dividend will be paid on the same day to shareholders who have not opted for payment in shares.
As a reminder, the combined general meeting of shareholders, meeting on June 15, decided to pay a dividend of 0.25 euros per share for 2022, together with an option to pay in new shares at a price of issue fixed at 6.86 euros.
