CNSA, ADF and CNFPT sign a framework agreement for the training of MDPH professionals

The National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA), the Assembly of French Departments (ADF) and the National Center for the Territorial Public Service (CNFPT) signed a framework agreement on December 9 with the objective of improve the training of professionals from the departmental homes for the disabled (MDPH). Training is one of the flagship actions of the MDPH 2022 roadmap with the aim of guaranteeing fair treatment.

The new framework agreement signed by the CNSA, the ADF and the CNFPT, a training body for local civil servants, aims to continue collaboration with a view to the professionalization and qualification of MDPH professionals.

This agreement provides for:

  • the provision of a specific training offer for the implementation of a policy of taking disability into account and supporting autonomy;

  • strengthening and enhancing the skills of MDPH professionals in the management and steering of day-to-day activity;

  • the design and implementation of training courses, which allow the development of practices and support for legislative changes.

As part of this last commitment, the CNFPT recently published a first training catalog (new window) on MDPH piloting missions, for the attention of management teams.

A training engineer in the field of medico-social policies is in the process of being recruited by the CNFPT. In conjunction with the CNSA, a needs analysis, an update of the offer and the preparation of a training catalog for all MDPH agents for the first half of 2022 will support the common objective.
