In 2021, COHERIS recorded a turnover of €11.6 million, up 5.8% compared to 2020.
The transformation of the business model, which began in 2020, continued in 2021.
Thus, COHERIS posted significant growth of +95% in recurring revenue in annual license mode. Sales of perpetual licenses, as well as associated maintenance revenues, which no longer correspond to the company’s software distribution model, are down as expected.
The stock of recurring revenue on an annual basis (ARR) is up +23% compared to December 31, 2020.
Revenue from services increased by +6% to €4.6 million in 2021.
Cash position
As of December 31, 2021, the company’s cash position remains solid and under control.
