(CercleFinance.com) – Commerzbank announces that Sabine Schmittroth, member of the management board in charge of human resources and director of social relations, has decided, for personal reasons, to leave her post at the end of this year.
The Supervisory Board will soon begin the search for a successor. Sabine Schmittroth will remain fully engaged in her role as HR Manager until the end of this year, ensuring a smooth succession.
Sabine Schmittroth has been a member of the management board of the German banking group since January 2020. Since March 2021, she is also president of AGV Banken, the employers’ association of the German banking sector.
