There is now a cheap household helper from Xiaomi available in the Aldi online shop. We reveal how good the robot vacuum cleaner deal is.

Do you want to buy a vacuum robot and spend hundreds of euros or even over 1,000 euros? Then Aldi’s current offer could be interesting. The discounter offers the Xiaomi E12 in its online shop for just 149 euros.
Xiaomi vacuum robots have been popular for years because of their good price-performance ratio. The E12 should be no exception. The device offers good suction power at 4,000 Pascal, and thanks to fall and obstacle sensors, it moves around safely without falling on stairs or driving around objects.
The dust container holds 450 milliliters and the water tank holds 200 milliliters. According to the manufacturer, it is suitable for pet owners, hard floors and carpets. The device can be found using gyroscope-based navigation. Although this is not as accurate as laser navigation, it is sufficient for safe cleaning.
App connection, decent battery life
The device can be controlled via app and voice, and you also have access to various setting options such as scheduled cleanings via the mobile phone software. As usual, the robot vacuum cleaner can also mop. The wiping system cannot be compared with high-quality models, but it is sufficient for wet wiping.
The battery life is up to 110 minutes. The device is charged in the included charging station. Overall, for 149 euros you get a solid vacuum robot that we especially recommend if you have hard floors. There shouldn’t be a lot of dirt that needs to be wiped away, because then you should choose a higher-priced model with a better wiping system.

The Xiaomi E12 has a recommended retail price of 199 euros, Aldi is currently offering you the best price and only charges 149 euros. At other retailers the device costs an average of 170 euros.
