Over 12 months, the number of building permits in France stood at 364,800 at the end of February 2024, compared to 368,600 the previous month, a drop of 1%, according to data published at 8:45 a.m. by the Data and Statistical Studies Department (SDES). Compared to February 2023, authorizations for housing construction cumulative over 12 months are down by 101,900, or 21.8% less.
