“#CoupleChallenge” goes into a second season. Teams of couples and friends alike fight for up to 100,000 euros in the TVNow format.

TVNow will show the second season of “#CoupleChallenge – the strongest team wins” in mid-September. On September 16, the reality format will celebrate its premiere in the stream. Four teams of couples and three duos of friends compete to take home the prize money of up to 100,000 euros. Many of the candidates have experience of reality TV.

The candidates

Jungle camp participants Marco Cerullo (32) and girlfriend Christina Grass compete in the Couples’ category, the two of whom met in the RTL dome show “Bachelor in Paradise”. In addition, the “Big Brother” couple Cedric Beidinger and Gina Beckmann, the influencer couple Valdrina and Valdet Haziri and Marlisa and Fabio de Pasquale, who put their love to the test on “Temptation Island”.

In the friends’ teams, the girlfriends couple Christin Okpara (“Are you the One?”) And Walentina Doronina (“Are you the One? – Reality Stars in Love”, “Ex on the Beach”) are fighting for victory. The couple of friends Julian Benz and Isi Glück (party singer at Ballermann) and the team of friends Maria Lo Porto and Tim Rasch (both known from “Cologne 50667”) want to win.

The rules of the game

The seven duos spend day and night together in large glamping tents. Meanwhile, the teams jointly win their prize money in various challenges, which can only be won by one pairing in the end. Only when the couples master the tasks can they secure the prize money of 100,000 euros. If the group or just individual duos make mistakes, amounts will be deducted from the total.

There is also a nomination ceremony where the couples decide who should leave the camp. The two couples with the most votes have to compete against each other in an exit challenge. The winners return to camp, the losers leave the show. The last three teams compete in the finals and compete against each other for the prize money.
