Crédit Agricole share buyback program completed – 01/29/2024 at 07:08


(CercleFinance.com) – Crédit Agricole indicates that it completed, on January 26, its share buyback program begun on October 6: 26,835,641 shares were thus purchased via an independent investment service provider, for a price total of 322,122,626 euros.

As a reminder, this operation aims to offset the dilutive effect of the 2023 capital increase reserved for employees, the shares purchased having to be canceled. The impact of the operation on Crédit Agricole SA’s CET1 ratio is -8 basis points.
