The scene occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on Friday morning. According to information collected by Europe 1, a magistrate of the Créteil judicial court in Val-de-Marne was the victim of a sexual assault near the courthouse. This man first tried to attack two women who managed to quickly flee.
He then grabbed a third woman and ripped her clothes off. According to the witnesses, he would have shouted: “I will rape them, I will rape them!”. Other passers-by then intervened to put an end to the attack and subdued the individual before the arrival of the police.
An OQTF issued against him
The victim is a young 29-year-old magistrate, who graduated two years ago from the National School for the Judiciary (ENM). She suffered minor injuries to her elbows and knees.
Still according to information from Europe 1, the 23-year-old author is of Algerian nationality and under an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) since last week. He was taken into custody. The Val-de-Marne departmental judicial police service (SDPJ94) was responsible for the investigation. The public prosecutor then went to the scene.
