BRUSSELS, Sept 26 (Reuters) – Ambassadors from European Union member states will meet on Monday to discuss concerns about an escalating war in Ukraine, an EU official and diplomat said.
Ambassadors are usually not present at meetings of the Political Crisis Response Group, which includes officials from the EU executive and its diplomatic service.
The meeting, which is being held behind closed doors in Brussels, is due to start at 10:00 a.m. (8:00 a.m. GMT), the sources said. (Report John Chalmers and Sabine Siebold; French version Federica Mileo, told by Kate Entringer)
