“I’m so open to it,” she reveals in an interview with Bustle about motherhood, and waxes lyrical about the thought of it: “I’m at the point where I really want to experience everything life has to offer . And especially as a woman, I think, ‘What a magical f*** thing to do. What a crazy, magical, wild experience.”

If it’s “meant” for her, then she’s “absolutely okay with it,” the 34-year-old explains further and philosophizes: “And then I think: ‘We’re not here much longer, so if I’m supposed to be a mother, then only to.'”
The actress raves about her stepchildren
While it would be the “Fifty Shades” star’s first child, her partner has already gained experience changing diapers and raising them in the past. From his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, he has a daughter, Apple, 19, and son, Moses, 17. Dakota Johnson apparently feels very comfortable in her stepmother role. “I love these children as if my life depended on them,” were her touching words. “From the heart.”
The daughter of Melanie Griffith, 66, and Don Johnson, 74, has been wanting to have children for many years. “The idea of being home and picking up the kids from school and cooking dinner and then the husband coming home – that’s something that seems really nice to me because I never had that as a child,” she revealed 2016 in conversation with “Marie Claire”.
