“CSI: Miami” star David Caruso is unrecognizable in the latest pictures. Would you have recognized “Lieutenant Horatio Caine”?

Yikes, would you have recognized him? Set in the 2000s David Caruso, 67, starred in the extremely successful crime series “CSI: Miami” and was a celebrated series star, but the Hollywood shine has apparently worn off.

The former TV actor has not been seen since 2017 and in the latest pictures you even have to look twice to recognize the former TV actor.

David Caruso looks completely different

The “Lieutenant Horatio Caine” actor has been virtually in hiding for six years and has now been photographed by paparazzi in front of his home in San Fernando Valley, California. Pictures available to “Page Six” show the former actor with glasses, a baggy hoodie and shaggy, longer hair.

He used to wear his hair well-groomed, short and neat. Between 2002 and 2012, a total of ten seasons of the cult crime series ran on television. As head of the CSI division in Miami, the character “Horatio Caine” was known as a red-haired bomb expert with a photographic memory and dry charm.

But now the actor, who is now retired and made his last TV appearance in 2012, has decided on a completely different look.

Photos with unknown woman

In addition, he was spotted with an unknown woman with whom he appeared to be running errands. It is not known whether she works for him or what their relationship is with each other. David Caruso has been married three times and has three children and is said to have been in a relationship with Amina Tyrone since 2008. It is not known whether this is still the case.

What we know for sure: David Caruso was last photographed in June 2017, when he and his two youngest children – Marquez, 18, and Paloma, 16 – were seen at the airport in Los Angeles.

David Caruso: Farewell to Hollywood

When the last “CSI Miami” hit the screens in 2012, David Caruso withdrew from Hollywood. He first ran an art gallery in Los Angeles, but it has since closed. According to the Daily Mail, Caruso now lives on the money he earned from his acting career. He is said to have amassed a fortune equivalent to around 30 million euros.
