French motorways are equipped with DBT fast charging stations
First orders for fifteen ultra-fast stations
on the APRR, ASF and ESCOTA networks
The DBT group (Euronext Growth – ALDBT), European specialist in charging stations for electric vehicles, announces the supply of ultra-fast charging stations on the APRR, ASF and ESCOTA motorway networks. These terminals will equip the motorway concessions of the Vinci group, as part of the call for tenders carried out by Spie City Networks.
To respond to the decree of February 15, 2021, motorway concessionaires must provide EV drivers with fast charging stations on their sites. It is within this regulatory framework that the DBT terminals will be installed on the APRR, ASF and ESCOTA networks.
In this context, DBT’s ULTRA range provides an appropriate response to users’ expectations regarding the speed of charging, as well as to the reliability needs of infrastructure operators. Depending on the vehicle model, the ULTRA50 gets you back on the road in less than 30 minutes. These terminals will be produced on the DBT site in Brebières in Hauts-de-France and will be installed by the end of 2022.
This new commercial success is a reminder that DBT’s capacity for innovation and expertise are recognized by major players in a booming market. It also confirms DBT’s ambitions to be a leader in the sector of fast and ultra-fast charging stations in Europe.
As a result, as announced on several occasions, the DBT group confirms the strong growth in its half-year turnover.
“We are particularly proud to announce these first orders for ultra-fast terminals by a prestigious motorway concessionaire. These references illustrate DBT’s ability to play a major role in a market with enormous potential. Driven by the high expectations of EV users in terms of charging speed, reliability and ease of use, the fast charging segment allows us to express the talent of our development teams. We owe this success to the work of our R&D teams, which allow us to integrate ever more innovation into our technological solutions”,
concludes Alexandre BORGOLTZ, Managing Director of DBT
