(CercleFinance.com) – DBV Technologies announced Monday the appointment of Virginie Boucinha to the position of financial director, effective November 6.
This executive, who has approximately 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, was recently the performance director of the Pierre Fabre group after having held various management positions at Sanofi.
In her new position, she will have responsibility for financial management, information technology, strategic planning and investor relations.
She will replace Sébastien Robitaille, the financial director since 2020, who plans to leave the company on November 17 to pursue new opportunities.
