The "Black Mirror" creators have won a prominent cast for their announced "Comedy Event" on Netflix.
Author Charlie Brooker (49) and colleague Annabel Jones are best known for their dystopian, depressing Netflix series "Black Mirror". Now they have dared to try a new format: "Death to 2020" was announced in a first teaser as a "Netflix Comedy Event".
In addition to Hugh Grant (60), who recently chatted about his role in the production, Samuel L. Jackson (71), Lisa Kudrow (57), Kumail Nanjiani (42), Tracey Ullman (60), Samson Kayo (29) , Leslie Jones (53), Diane Morgan (45), Joe Keery (28) and Cristin Milioti (35). The teaser reveals that the "Black Mirror" creators will look back on the Corona year 2020. Grant said in an interview with "Vulture" only that he would play a historian who is interviewed over the year. "I'm actually pretty disgusting! And the audience will love my wig." There is no start date for the comedy event yet.
