(CercleFinance.com) – – DEE Tech announces the end of the merger project with the Colis Privé group ‘in the absence of agreement on the terms of implementation of a common industrial project’.
As part of the outcome of their relationship, DEE Tech today received settlement compensation of 8.5 million euros.
Dee Tech assures that its teams remain “fully confident about the realization of a business merger project, creating value for all of its shareholders, in the technology and digital sectors in Europe”.
