(CercleFinance.com) – On the occasion of the publication of its quarterly reports, John Deere announces that it is raising its target range for net profit for the 2022-23 financial year, to between 9.25 and 9.50 billion dollars, to compare to between 8.75 and 9.25 billion three months ago.
In its second accounting quarter, the manufacturer of agricultural and construction machinery posted a net profit of 2.86 billion dollars, or EPS increased by 42% to 9.65 dollars, for revenues up 30% to almost 17.4 billion.
“Deere continues to benefit from favorable market conditions and an improving operating environment,” said CEO John May, adding that supply constraints remain a challenge, but are improving.
