(Boursier.com) — Deinove a pioneering French biotechnology company in the exploration and exploitation of bacterial biodiversity to address the urgent and planetary challenge of antimicrobial resistance, announces that, as part of the receivership proceedings opened on November 7, 2022, the Commercial Court of Montpellier met on December 16, 2022 and postponed the examination of the case to January 13, 2023. The maintenance of the observation period was requested by the procedural bodies and the company Deinove.
As part of the implementation of transfer procedures, the deadline for filing takeover offers with the judicial administrator has been set for January 9, 2023 at 12 p.m.
