This pumpkin recipe not only makes cheesecake fans cheer and is an autumn highlight that you shouldn’t miss!
What happens if we combine the autumn classic pumpkin with a real cake classic? Exactly, a uniquely delicious cake hit! This pumpkin cheesecake is currently in high season and luckily you don’t have to be a master pastry chef to make it right.
Everything you need for this:
For the ground:
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 100 g butter
For the filling:
- 250 grams of Hokkaido
- 600 g cream cheese
- 400 g sour cream
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
