Delphine Jubillar: a new hypothesis put forward by Cédric’s lawyers for his release

For Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers, “it is more than likely that Delphine Jubillar has changed to go out”.

The lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, suspected of having killed his wife, again demanded his release during a hearing on Tuesday, hypothesizing that Delphine Jubillar could have left the home on her own on the evening of his disappearance. “There are objective elements in the file which allow us to consider that it is more than likely that she changed to leave” the couple’s house in the Tarn, said Emmanuelle Franck, one of the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar after his plea before the instruction chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal.
