A couple tried to justify their extreme education methods before the Albi court. Deprivation, confinement, psychological and physical violence, his daily life was an ordeal.
The girl at the heart of the trial held on June 1 in Albi will probably take years to rebuild. The court judged a couple living in the commune of Salvagnac for “evasion by a parent of his legal obligations compromising the health, safety, morals or education of his child”. What probably shocked the court the most was the attitude of the parents, showing no remorse and especially the father.
