THE All-Star Goalkeeper Games are now completed and the next major meeting of Destiny 2 is therefore set for Tuesday April 9 with the launch of the update In the light (Into the Light). Last week, a first live from the developers of Bungie made us discover at length the game mode Assault (Onslaught)mixing clashes of waves of enemies and tower defense. It was this March 26 that the second presentation of this type was planned in order to give us an overview of loot that it will be possible to obtain, as well as the new social space promised. However, it will not be the old Roundeven though it was shown repaired on theartwork of the new game mode… In defense of Bungielooking at his representation from the Downtown PvP map (do it in private to be safe), it does not appear particularly damaged, unlike what is visible from the current Round, see our comparison below. You will therefore have to wait until The Final Form to in a certain way find this place, since a recreation will be part of the Pale heart of Traveler.

The new social space added with In the light will be called the Hall of Champions and will partly reveal to us behind the scenes of the Round since we will find there the decorations of the different events, as well asEvain addition toa huge room where will be posted Shaxx and his faithful Arcite 99-40. The view will be in the first person as in Domainin the CIMUat theEnclave or even at Hoard of Xûr. As in the latter (and at the time in the Hall of Tributes), chests will be opened for each class using a currency called Trophies of Bravery (without a doubt Trophies of the Brave) and having risen our rank with Shaxxin order to unlock the corresponding armor set, inspired by theYear 1 from Destiny 2. Only the one for Hunters was shown, but theartwork already gave a good overview of what to expect for Arcanists And Titans.
Two chests will be present to the left of Shaxxthe first being used to obtain weapons in exchange for the currency mentioned above, while the second will be for the Gift from the Thunder Gods of the Loot Season, who will make his return. Among the rank rewards, the last one for 17th will be used to unlock the bottom containment zone containing THE Jet Black Coating of Destiny first of the name, literally allowing us to turn all of our armor elements black. In addition to contracts of Shaxx, arcite will also offer as well as quests used to unlock the weapons of thearsenal BRAVERY. Each will provide access to a copy with attributes selected by the developers, as well as L’harmonization (attunement) corresponding to activate with the statues of Shaxx to chase away loot specific and which will affect chests opened in Assault.
This arsenal will be composed of a selection of 12 weapons appreciated by the communitysome of which are still available, but which will then have perks different. - Hanged Jury SR4 – Scout rifle that appeared in Destiny 1 alongside the Dead Star, which was then added to Destiny with Season of the Symbiote (S14), then received updates during Season of the Seraphim (S19) and Season of Resistance (S20) as a Dark Night reward.
- Succession – Sniper rifle from the Stone Crypt Raid (Beyond Light).
- Passage of the chasm – Grenade launcher (powerful) which became a meme of the Forsaken expansion, sunset with the arrival of the Season of the Hunt (S12).
- Guillotine activated – Sword added to Season of Arrival (S11).
- The top – Grenade launcher (kinetic with special ammunition) which was offered as a reward for a quest during the Season of the Forge (S5), has been sunset, but can still be collected via the Memorial to the Lost Lights (Power limited to 1600 ).
- The Recluse – Submachine gun which was offered as a reward for a quest during the Season of the Wanderer (S6), has been sunset, but can still be recovered via the Memorial to the Lost Lights (Power limited to 1600).
- Hammerer – Machine gun from the Season of the Forge (S5), sunset at the arrival of the Season of the Hunt (S12).
- Luna’s Howl – Revolver which was offered as a reward for a quest during Forsaken (S4), has been sunset, but can still be recovered via the Memorial to the Lost Lights (Power limited to 1600).
- Elsie’s rifle – A legendary version of the Too long to explain pulse rifle from Destiny 2 and especially the equivalent of the Destiny 1 version then called The Unknown’s Rifle.
- Blast furnace – Pulse rifle from the Season of the Forge (S5), sunset when the Season of the Hunt (S12) arrives.
- stroke of midnight – Revolver that could be obtained via the Leviathan Raid, sunset at the start of the Season of the Hunt (S12).
- Tolerance – Grenade launcher from the Disciple’s Oath Raid (The Witch Queen).
Remember that everything that has been presented so far will be free for all playerswhich means that alternative versions of weapons locked behind expansions will finally be available to part of the community.
The rest of the presentation consisted of a demonstration of these weapons in the Forgotten sectors of the ZMEwith explanations in the background on the perks. Some have obviously undergone a redesign, since the Luna’s Howl was well cracked in PvP with a kill in two shots for example. This will not prevent them from being powerful and helping new players well. The top will always have its micro-missiles with the possibility of propelling us into the air in a very fun way! They will also all have there Original feature Indomitabilitygranting grenade energy when playing a doctrine of Light or melee energy with one of the Darkness.
Finally, know that these weapons cannot be craftedbut will have improvements with The Final Form, a system already vaguely mentioned. It will obviously be possible to equip them with Ornaments already unlocked for their other versions. As for the fact that the Power was at 1830, this in no way indicates that it will be increased. All this is very promising, the only regret being the lack of certain categories of weapons.
The most attentive will, however, have noticed interesting details. The first is the mention of a card Grimoire to be collected in the Hall of Champions. Is this narration system used in destiny first of the name will make his return? Despite its accessibility at the time which left something to be desired since you had to go through a site outside the game to read them, it had the merit of presenting the enemies faced in an effective manner.
The other detail concerns the presentation summary of Shaxx, which evokes several of his titles, including that of “husband”. Who is the chosen one of his heart? Well us!
