James Argent has unveiled his incredible weight loss transformation after returning back to the UK after being in rehab in Thailand.
The TOWIE star, 32, said he was “making progress” as he shared an incredible before and after photo of his transformation.
After being snapped going for a run earlier this week, James shared one of the photos of his much slimmer figure.
He shared the photo alongside an exclusive snap of him celebrating the arrival of close friend Elliott Wright and wife Sadie’s newborn son William from last April.
Alongside the image he wrote: “I’m making progress, Inside & Outside. One day at a time,” followed by a heart emoji.
Arg won over praise from his friends and fellow reality stars, with Pete Wicks writing: “Well done mate.”

The star is clearly keeping fit during the coronavirus lockdown as he has also been snapped out for a cycle, while wearing a protective mask.

He is back in the UK after reportedly spending months in a rehab in Thailand.
Since getting back Arg is said to be fully supported by girlfriend Gemma and longtime best friend, Mark Wright, who has been phoning him to check in.
A source told The Sun: “Mark was straight on the phone to James to make sure he is OK.
“They’ve spoken a lot and James knows that Mark is there for him. Michelle will be too. They both think the world of him and want him to get back to his very best.”
Fans gushed over Arg when he posted a throwback picture on Instagram of himself feeding elephants during his time in Thailand just days ago.
He captioned the amazing shot: “Nature’s great masterpiece, An Elephant. The only harmless great thing.” I LOVE Elephants so much, They are my #spiritanimal It made me so happy to Feed, Clean & water them! #Dumbo.” (sic)
His pal and former TOWIE co-star Ferne McCann wrote underneath the picture: “You look so happy”.
Meanwhile, other followers gushed: “Recovery suits you. godbless” and: “Omg you look so well.”
