These tickets are then valid for travel in the next six months, as railway boss Richard Lutz told the newspapers of the “Funke Mediengruppe”. The entire campaign starts on Saturday and runs for ten days.

The railway is currently celebrating the 30th anniversary of the ICE. According to Bahn, the era of the express train began at the end of May 1991 with a rally of six trains.
