In the world of Diablo 4, you can ride horses to explore your surroundings faster. However, you get that Mount only in Act 4. You can’t ride before then.
When the fourth act begins, speak to Donan in the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad. He gives you the hint to visit the stable master. Go to him and you will get your first horse.
You can easily summon it (right on the gamepad directional pad) and start riding. When you jump off, you trigger a character-specific ability, such as a volley of arrows with the Huntress.
Ride faster in the PC version
If you’re playing on PC, your horse might seem a bit slow. According to comments in the online community Reddit, this is because the horse’s speed depends on the position of the mouse cursor on the character. If the cursor is further away, the horse will also get faster.
