Lindsay Lohan’s mother pleaded guilty to the court because of drunk driving and hit-and-run, reports “TMZ”.
Lindsay Lohan’s (35) mother, Dina Lohan (59), pleaded guilty in court like the US gossip portal “TMZ” reported. The 59-year-old was in a drunk car accident in January last year and then hit a hit.
According to a TMZ source, she is expected to receive 18 days in prison and five years probation for her offense. In addition, she has to take part in a “Victim Impact Panel” and in a program against her alcohol consumption.
Lohan was arrested on January 11, 2020 after allegedly slamming her Mercedes into a Honda while leaving a steakhouse in New York. Then she is said to have fled the crime scene. However, the driver of the other car followed her to her house while he was on the phone with the police.
The second time
The police finally found Lohan sitting in the car in front of her house. She was taken into custody after allegedly refusing to take an alcohol test and verbally abusing the officers. It was Lohan’s second arrest for drunk driving.
Daughter Lohan has also been on trial several times
Her daughter Lindsay Lohan has also appeared in court several times. The list is long: shoplifting, drunk driving, drug possession, parole violation, driving without a license, and failing to appear in court. In addition, she had to live with an electronic handcuff on her foot at times, which reported to the police if she had alcohol in her blood. She has been through several withdrawals and has also been behind bars for two weeks.
