Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: a capital hearing this Friday for her husband Cédric

The number one suspect in the case of the disappearance of the Tarn nurse had already been heard by the investigating judges on October 15 and December 3.

Despite the failure of the excavations launched on January 17, not far from the couple’s home, the investigation continues into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, who mysteriously disappeared on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. This Friday, February 11, Cédric Jubillar, the husband of the young nurse, will again be heard by the examining magistrates.

The latter had already been questioned for the first time on October 15 and then a second time on December 3. During these hearings, it was notably a question of the course of the evening of the disappearance, the relations between Delphine and Cédric as well as the declarations of the son of the couple, Louis, aged 7, who had assured the investigators that he had heard her parents arguing that night.

Questions about the statements of the fellow prisoner

During this second hearing, Cédric Jubillar should be questioned about the statements of his cellmate who had assured that Delphine’s husband had told him that he had buried her body not far from their home, near a farm which had burned.
