In these two letters he writes:I told anything to anyone, he writes. Now no more gossiping with anyone, I promise you…” Those “bullshit” as he describes them would concern the confidences he made to a Corsican, Marco, who was like him in the Seysses remand center and to whom he would have entrusted in particular to have buried Delphine Jubillar, indicating to him a place where the body would be found.

He describes “an investigation without major progress”
“Marco is one of the people who blew me… […] with false testimony that’s why you were taken into custody. You can’t trust anyone […] You have to file a complaint against him for slanderous denunciation […] I gave him your phone number, it was for once outside that we go for a drink but in the end he used it for something else” explains Cédric Jubillar to Séverine L. as reported by the daily.
The 30-something tells his new girlfriend that he would have been “naive” chatting with his cellmate through the windows of the prison and adds that he would have “have” by the latter, recounting having buried Delphine “in the farm that burned down”.
In his letters, Cédric Jubillar also points out “an investigation without major progress”. “I wonder if the gendarmes are still working on the disappearance of my wife or if it’s already closed for them”, he writes.
Questioned this Thursday morning by LCI on these letters, Jean-Baptiste Alary declares “I have no comment to make on these letters of which I do not know the exact content or the conditions of writing”. Each letter written by Cédric Jubillar is systematically proofread before being sent.
Since Monday, excavations have been made around the farm which burned to try to find the bodies of Delphine Jubillar but for listing, they have yielded nothing.
