In an article from Figaroreleased on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, he explained: “In recent days, the magistrates have refined the personality of Cédric Jubillar: it is now clear that the motive would be a fit of jealousy from Cédric to Delphine following a message from the nurse’s lover. The elements of the file allow us to see that“. However, he could not go into detail.

Louis, the eldest son of Delphine and Cédric Jubillar has a very important role in the progress of the investigation since he was the only present when her mother disappeared. According to Mr. Mourad Battikh: “It is clearly established that Louis heard an argument after watching with Delphine the program ‘Incroyable Talent’. In his hearing, the child says that, a few minutes after going to bed, he heard his mother scream and then shout ‘stop, stop‘”.
Other elements contradict the version put forward by Cédric Jubillar that his wife would have left during the night. The lawyer explains that this claim is “extremely dubious” given the fact that keys and purse of the 33-year-old nurse were found in the couple’s home. According to the criminal lawyer, their relationship was not as good as Cédric Jubillar implies. Indeed, Delphine Jubillar’s uncle and aunt explained that he “constantly denigrated“and they were doing separate room.
For his part, the painter’s lawyer, Me Jean-Baptiste Alary said to himself “totally disagree with this interpretation of the file“. He asked that the investigators look into other leads and assess the possibility that the 34-year-old man is not involved in that case.
