Several elements present in the file would contradict everything that has been said previously concerning the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. Indeed, there are photos taken on December 16, 2020 by the gendarmes, on which we can “see Delphine’s pajamas, carefully placed on the dining room table“. This one is very recognizable since it is “adorned with black kittens” and, as the media recalled, their son Louis indicated that she wore the evening of his disappearance. But what is he doing on these pictures? Did the 33-year-old nurse finally leave of her own free will, despite what her relatives say?

Disturbing elements. On these pictures, we can also see “socks and panties placed on the famous pajamas“, is it indicated. Next to it is “an open purse and a box of pantyhose“, specifies RTL. Would Delphine Jubillar have changed before leaving her house? In addition, during a hearing, Louis allegedly claimed to have “heard her mother put on her boots before slamming the door because it didn’t close properly“. New information that contradicts those unveiled since the start of this investigation. There is also the phone of the young woman who would have been “activated three times during the night on three different applications“. Relatives of the nurse had assured, on several occasions that she would not be never left without leaving her children and even less alone, since she afraid of the dark. However, this new information is taken very seriously by Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers who, according to them, highlight the fact that Delphine Jubillar is out that night, of his own free will. So where could she have gone? Is she still alive? Did she have a bad meeting?

Cédric Jubillar: will he be released soon?

Incarcerated since June 2021, Cédric Jubillar continues to proclaim his innocence. He hopes to regain his freedom and has done three requests for release, including one very recently. Analyzed by the prosecutor on Tuesday, January 11, the father will however remain in detention. “The decision was put under advisement on Friday January 14“, Jean-Baptiste Alary, his lawyer, told Toulouse news.
