Dispute over duel with Putin: “Elona” Musk counters Kadyrov’s advice

Dispute over duel with Putin
“Elona” Musk counters Kadyrov’s advice

Elon Musk wants a duel with Vladimir Putin. Instead, he gets into a war of words with Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. He recommends that the billionaire prepare for weapons training, hand-to-hand combat training and a lesson in Russian PR.

The challenge from Russian President Vladimir Putin turns into a war of words with Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. Tesla CEO Elon Musk posted a message from Kadyrov on Twitter that contained a warning and at the same time several pieces of advice on how to prepare for a one-on-one with Putin.

“Elon Musk, here’s some advice,” Kadyrov begins his message to the US billionaire on Telegram. Putin and Musk would play in two completely different leagues: in the red corner, a businessman and Twitter user, in the blue, a world politician and strategist. Putin would look unsportsmanlike if he beat up a much weaker opponent, writes Kadyrov. “Therefore you have to pump up your muscles and go from the delicate ‘Elona’ to the brutal Elon you need to be,” writes the Chechen leader, suggesting further training in Chechnya.

There, Musk should be trained in the use of firearms at the Academy of the Russian Army. In the “Akhmat Fight Club” Musk should learn how to plug in and build up physically and mentally. That will give him “nerves of steel,” writes Kadyrov. At the TV station in Grozny, Musk will then receive training in “dark PR”. Elona will then return from the Chechen Republic as a different person – as Elon, according to Kadyrov.

Greetings from Elona

Musk then changed his Twitter name to “Elona Musk” and replied to the Chechen leader: “Thanks for the offer but such excellent training would give me too great an advantage.” If Putin is afraid to face him, he would be willing to fight only with his left hand, Musk wrote. “And I’m not even left-handed.”

Musk had actually challenged the Russian President to a duel. “I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to a man to man battle. The stake is Ukraine,” the Tesla founder tweeted on Monday. “Are you okay with this fight?” he added in Russian. The 50-year-old Tesla boss has already provided massive support to Ukraine: his Starlink internet service was activated in Ukraine to bring internet to areas affected by Russian military attacks.
