Do you have holiday vouchers that expired on December 31? It is still possible to exchange them


The request must be made online before March 31 for checks for a total amount of at least 30 euros.

Have you unfortunately missed the expiry date of your holiday vouchers? Do not panic, checks expired on December 31, 2021 can be exchanged until March 31, 2022. The only condition is that their total amount is at least 30 euros.

To do this, go to the exchange area of ​​the leguide.ancv.com site, where you are asked to complete some information. Then do not forget to send the expired tickets – accompanied by the summary slip – by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: ANCV / E TSA 84380 77438 Marne-la-Vallée Cedex 2.

Beneficiaries are free to choose the type of securities they wish to receive in exchange for expired cheques: paper or digital. The exchange is free, except if you want to barter your “classic” checks for other paper checks. The costs in this case amount to 10 euros.

One month deadline

The new checks received are in turn valid for two years. In paper version (known as “Classic” holiday vouchers), they are sent within one month of receipt of the exchange request. In digital (so-called “Connect” holiday vouchers), they are available within 2 to 5 working days, and must then be activated by the beneficiary.

It should also be noted that it is possible to change the format of holiday vouchers throughout the year (paper or digital), even if they are currently valid. Their amount must also be at least 30 euros. From “Classic” to “Connect”, the exchange is free, while it costs 10 euros if one claims paper checks against digital checks.
