Do you like Wordle? Try Wordalle, the variant with absurd AI

Wordalle mixes Wordle and Dall-E Mini. The perfect game for the summer and to do nothing else for hours.

Everyone has heard of Wordle, the phenomenon game bought by the New York Times, which will soon have a board game version and which has given rise to many variants.

Everyone has heard of Dall-E mini, the artificial intelligence that allows you to create images at will by putting any instructions – and especially the most absurd, to see how far the algorithms can go.

Today, everyone must know Wordalle, the perfect mix between the two. You can play it for free, here (just be careful not to click while you’re still in the office: you risk playing it for a long time).

Wordalle, a perfectly addictive and frustrating game

I’m not going to lie to you: at times, the instructions (or prompt, in English), are quite easy to find. But sometimes, even the 7 tries will not be enough to find the exact instruction, as it comes straight from a tortuous mind (WHO manages to find “Eminem in GTA”, who?). For French speakers, the experience can be made quite tricky, because the instructions to find are in English, and they are sometimes expressions or references that are not well known.

But in any case, even through frustration and rage (yes), Wordalle remains an absolutely incredible invention. Already, because it allows you to see completely absurd Dall-E creations. And because having to find the prompt is a really funny experience.

The best part is that, unlike Wordle, you’re not limited to just one game per day: you can do as many as you want (and as many as you want to do before ” rage quit “). If you’re at work, this can be dangerous — you’ve been warned.
