Docaposte brings together 12 avengers to secure ETIs, SMEs and VSEs

In October, Docaposte, a subsidiary of the La Poste group, presented the first brick of its trust-generative artificial intelligence software suite. Faced with market behemoths, the company relied on an alliance of specialists.

Docaposte is once again betting on collaboration between players in the European and French ecosystem in the field of cybersecurity. On the occasion of the InCyber Forum (FIC), the publisher launched a dedicated offer bringing together multiple components of the market.

Prevention, protection and response combined

For Guillaume Poupard, the CEO of Docaposte and the former director of Anssi, this is “the first complete cybersecurity offer” and “turnkey”. Docaposte targets VSEs, SMEs, ETIs as well as local authorities and health establishments.

The proposal consists of bringing together “all prevention, protection and reaction solutions in terms of cybersecurity” and making them available via a single contact. In a sector where tools are legion, Docaposte therefore favors a unified offer and collaboration with 12 distinct suppliers.

The package “integrates all the solutions necessary to prevent attacks, protect systems and networks, and quickly detect warning signals to react effectively”, highlights the French publisher.

Time-sharing insurance and CISO services

For Docaposte, such an approach to cybersecurity makes it possible to “respond to the challenges of particularly exposed sectors”, including health. For health and care establishments, however, the company plans to launch a specific sectoral version.

The principle should remain the same and consist of bringing together specialists in cyber areas, such as secure backup (Oxibox), detection and blocking of attacks (HarfangLab and Formind), password management (Wallix), protection of messaging and navigation (MailinBlack, Olféo, PSI and Ubika), etc.

Services are added to the technological tools brought together by Docaposte. Among these, cybersecurity insurance solutions through partnerships with CNP Assurances and DATTAK. Incident response is also offered.

Democratization of cyber solutions

In addition to its packaged offer, Docaposte specifies that it can also provide, on request, a cybersecurity consulting service. Announced objective: to support companies in “building a personalized system”, for example to define a business continuity plan or to equip themselves with a part-time CISO.

Through this catalog of products and services, Docaposte declares that it wants to democratize access to cybersecurity solutions, by covering the needs of “the greatest number of people”. The publisher can also count on an alliance with Campus Cyber.

As part of this partnership, the first candidate SMEs will be able to carry out “subsidized” cyber maturity assessments thanks to Docaposte’s cybersecurity pack.
