Doctor Jimmy Mohammed’s method for losing weight without dieting

To lose weight effectively, Jimmy Mohamed explains that you need to rethink your way of eating in the long term and favor healthier foods: “You have to eat more while eating better”. The doctor advises limiting ultra-processed, very sugary and very fatty foods and consuming as many raw products and home-made dishes as possible. The specialist is also a fan of intermittent fasting, a technique which consists of eating your day’s meals over a shorter period of time, to give your digestive system more rest. Please note, although this method may have benefits for improving digestion and bloating, it is not intended to help you lose weight because it does not necessarily imply a calorie deficit.
