Dominique Tapie at bay: this legendary actress who has recovered her very many animals


This Thursday, Paris Match dedicated its front page to Dominique Tapie, the widow of the famous businessman who died on October 3. The newspaper, which calls her “ruined”, indicates that she had to part with the couple’s property in Combs-la-ville, which was filled with animals. The latter have fortunately found a roof, and not with anyone.

“Nothing, nothing remains of the heritage that nourished the Tapie legend”, indicates Paris Match in an article published this Thursday. According to the newspaper, Bernard Tapie, ruined at the time of his death, would have left his family in a delicate situation. While their property had been seized since 2015, following the indictment of the businessman for “organized gang scam“, the Tapies still enjoyed his properties, without the creditors really understanding how. But now, since the death of Bernard Tapie, reality has caught up with his widow, Dominique, who is forced to say goodbye to their 7th century mansion. arrondissement of Paris, as well as their villa in Saint-Tropez and their mill in Breuil, located in Seine et Marne. In the latter, the Tapie family had taken in quite a few farm animals, such as horses, donkeys, chickens or goats. Obviously, impossible for Dominique Tapie to embark all this pretty little world in his new apartment, which is why she called on the most famous animal friend to take care of her companions. Thus, the latter have found refuge with Brigitte Bardot, who has lived for several years in a remote place in La Madrague de Saint Tropez.

Asked to leave the private mansion on rue des Saint-Pères, in Paris, in which she had resided for 35 years and which was sold to billionaire François Pinault, Dominique Tapie was forced to find a new home. Drowned in her husband’s debts, according to Paris Match, she can still count on the support of those around her, and in particular her friend Jean-Louis Borloo. Indeed, as explained by Sophie des Déserts, journalist at Paris Match, it was the politician who helped her find an apartment.
