At the head of the cult show Dorothee Club broadcast almost 30 hours a week, the host spends most of her time on set. Not to mention the 8 hours of live every Wednesday. Entertaining young people for so many hours, holding the record for shows with some fifty-nine sold-out Bercys, having recorded around twenty albums (thirty million records sold)… Just listing it all makes you dizzy. “I understand, she laughed, myself, I am exhausted just watching documentaries dedicated to me! » Dorothée, however, ensured that all this was neither a chore nor a priesthood, but just her life.
With such a schedule, it is difficult (but not impossible) to start a family. Dorothée also confided during this interview thatu to have been deprived of her family, deprived of children too, was a deliberate choice. “It was career or family life. I favored the first.
