Years after its announcement, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf
could finally see the light of day in 2024. It will have already been a very long time before the title is officially revealed, and yet EA seems confident in the idea of publishing it this year. In any case, this is what Jeff Grubb learned from his sources. But we will have to wait for the next trailer to find out for sure and finally discover the game.
During his episode 339 of “Game Mess Decides”, Jeff Grubb thus answers a question concerning the release of
Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. The latter specifies that a detailed presentation is expected, probably for this summer. But he ends by specifying that the last time he heard about it, the game was planned for 2024. EA would be very confident about this release range, but nothing is guaranteed.
“I don’t know when it will air, but [je] guess it will be this summer. But it could happen at any time.

It therefore seems that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf would be looming for 2024. A date which seems rather coherent given the development time the game has benefited from. However, if their case was not mentioned during the last wave of layoffs, there is no guarantee that the game’s workforce are still sufficient. Nor even that BioWare was not impacted by this restructuring. It would therefore not be surprising if the release does not finally arrive until 2025.
