(AOF) – After announcing on December 8, 2021 the signing of a letter of intent (LOI) aimed at acquiring a player in the distribution and services by drones in the Netherlands, Drone Volt announces this Tuesday the acquisition of Skytools. If the amount of the transaction remains confidential, the expert in embedded artificial intelligence and manufacturer of professional civilian drones specifies that it will be paid entirely in cash.
Skytools achieves a turnover of more than 1 million euros per year in the distribution of drones, maintenance, training and the provision of services. Drone Volt intends to multiply the synergies with Aerialtronics and the other subsidiaries of the group to accelerate its activity in the Netherlands and in Northern Europe.
