Various ex-employees claim to have been bullied by Duchess Meghan. The palace had launched an official investigation. However, the results are never published – perhaps to mend a rift in the royal family?

During her time as Senior Royal, Duchess Meghan, 40, is said to have harassed and bullied several key ex-employees. The allegations made against Prince Harry’s, 37, wife in March 2021 and made public by the daily newspaper “The Times” weigh heavily. The list of allegations Buckingham Palace wanted to investigate is long.

Now The Times reports that the palace wants to “improve” its human resources policy but will never publish the results of the official investigation. Some respondents to the survey are upset.

Duchess Meghan: Palace does not want to make a public statement about the results

According to “The Times” reports, people from the royal family environment accused Duchess Meghan of having “expelled two personal assistants from the royal household and undermined the self-confidence of a third employee”. Other statements by staff were reprinted, with one source claiming, for example, that “young women through [Meghans] behavior were broken”.

Back in April this year, an insider told the Daily Mail that it appears the palace wants to “bury” allegations against the Duchess – which is now apparently proving to be a bitter reality. Because although Queen Elizabeth, 96, paid for an independent investigation by a private law firm, according to The Sunday Times journalist Roya Nikkhah, Buckingham Palace wanted to keep the investigation results under wraps and not make any public statement.

Calculated decision?

As part of the royal family’s official investigation into the allegations, only “four or five” former members of Meghan’s and Harry’s team were interviewed. The couple is said to have employed up to 25 people at one point, many of whom are potential witnesses. Since the summer of 2021, however, nothing has been heard from any of the people involved in the allegations.

Is there a calculation behind the palace decision to remain silent? Court officials claim it’s an attempt not to further fuel tensions between the Sussexes and the rest of the British royal family. You are now the rift in the relationship between both parties. Other points of contention should be avoided as far as possible.
