In his explosive memoir “Spare”, which was released early in Spain, Prince Harry tells of a situation in which Duchess Meghan spoke to his late mother Diana and is said to have asked for help.

The spicy news about Prince Harry, 38, and his memoirs, which are about to be published in Germany, seem to have no end. In addition to the allegations against Prince William, 40, and the rest of the royal family, his wife Duchess Meghan, 41, is also mentioned in his autobiography. Among other things, the prince describes the moment when he and Meghan first visited the grave of Princess Diana, † 36, who was buried in 1997 near her parents’ home at Althorp House in Northamptonshire.

Duchess Meghan contacts the late Diana

In 2017, to mark the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death, Harry and Meghan visited the Princess of Hearts’ grave in Althorp. After the prince pulled away for a moment, he realized that Meghan also felt the need to spend a private moment at Princess Diana’s tomb. When he distanced himself from the grave and returned a little later, he found his wife kneeling in front of the grave. In his memoirs, Harry writes, “When I returned she was on her knees with her eyes closed and her palms flat on the stone.” A short time later, Meghan told her husband that she had asked Diana for “clarity and guidance”.

Prince Harry regularly emphasizes Meghan’s resemblance to Diana

Already in the Netflix documentary “Harry & Meghan” released in December, Prince Harry talked about how much Meghan reminds him of his mother Diana:

So much of what Meghan is and how she is is so similar to my mother. She has the same compassion. She has the same empathy. She has the same confidence. She has that warmth in her.

In addition to the Netflix documentary, Harry has already given several TV interviews in which he obviously comments on the content of his memoirs – above all, his “ruthless honesty” on the topics of violence, sex and drugs is currently causing a stir.
