(CercleFinance.com) – Dufry indicates that based on the preliminary results of the reopening of its public offer, which began on May 26 and ended on June 1, 27,801,682 additional Autogrill shares (i.e. 7.22% of the capital) have been made to the offer.
Consequently, taking into account the shares already held by the Swiss group and those treasury shares held by Autogrill, Dufry will hold 94.5% of the capital of the Italian. He plans to delist Autogrill as soon as possible in the coming weeks.
Dufry will issue an additional 4.39 million new shares to compensate for the Antogrill shares tendered during the reopening period. The first trading day for these new Dufry shares is expected to be June 8.
