Editis launches a publishing house in Senegal


For the Vivendi publishing group, this is its second home in West Africa.

French publishing giant Editis announced on Monday the launch of a house in Senegal, strengthening its presence in West Africa after the creation of another in Ivory Coast. Saaraba editions, in Dakar, published their first four titles at the beginning of December. Saaraba is aiming for 15 to 20 pounds a year, “with distribution in Senegal but also in France» according to Editis, in all areas including comics.
