MYHOTELMATCH announces today the finalization of the operation of consolidation of its shares by exchange of 1 new share against 100 existing shares and its taking effect as of today.
The old MYHOTELMATCH shares (ISIN code: FR0011277391) were delisted from the Euronext market after market close on August 7, 2023 and were replaced by new MYHOTELMATCH shares (ISIN code: FR001400IE67) on August 8, 2023. The mnemonic code (MHM ) remains unchanged.
The nominal value of the MYHOTELMATCH share has been increased in proportion to the consolidation parity, increasing from 0.01 euro to 1 euro. The Company’s share capital, amounting to 3,401,580 euros, is now divided into 20,050 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 euro each.
