Grandfather has to pay court costs

The grandfather argued that Israel, where he was born, was the child’s homeland. But the judge announced: “The minor, now six years old, moved to Italy with his family when he was one month old.”
The verdict so far only means that the child will initially live in Italy. Because the aunt does not yet officially have full custody of little Eitan. Initially, the proceedings only concerned his current whereabouts.
