Since its release last February, FromSoftware’s latest game has been phenomenally successful. So that hundreds of players, each more creative than the other, created mods (for the PC version), allowing other Shatterless to enjoy their Underworld adventure as it should be.
But then, what are the mods that have most appealed to the community? In order to make this ranking, we based ourselves on the ranking of the most downloaded mods on NexusMods, but also on the feedback of the players themselves through various rating sites.
10 – Skip Intro Logos And Startup Screen
We’re starting off with a bang with a mod that seems to have won over a lot of players…. impatient. This simple mod serves a crucial function that makes it a must-have for any Elden Ring player. After all, the start of a game should be as smooth as possible, especially in a game like Elden Ring where players can’t wait to face the bosses of the Underworld.
This mod causes all intros to be removed entirely, allowing players to go straight to the main menu right off the bat. According to its creators, it was mainly created to prevent Bandai Namco’s white screen from blinding players.

9 – Swordsmanship
This mod simply allows you to become a master of the sword! It will allow you to exchange techniques between the different types of swords (katana, heavy swords, etc.), but also to create attack animations for ever more stylish fights.

8 – High Resolution Map
As its English name suggests, this mod allows you increase the graphic quality of your map of the Underworld. In addition to much more precise indications, your map will be much more pleasant to look at.
It may seem like a futile change, but players who notice the visual improvement this mod brings will be more than happy with the end result.

7 – Easy Mode
This mod is aimed at frustrated players, who would like the Underworld to be a little more welcoming and above all… less difficult. It therefore offers several options, to reduce damage as well as the frequencies of enemy attacks, but also to improve the effectiveness of potions or invocations.
The mod, which only works offline, will be perfect for gamers desperate after a 100th try against Malenia. Do not abandon !

6 – Elden Ring Reforged
Elden Ring Reforged allows for a restructuring of the balance and mechanics of Elden Ring with the aim of creating a more balanced experience with fairer combat, but still stimulating. According to the creators of the mod: “It’s not about ‘easier’ or ‘harder’, but more interesting and balanced fights”.
In addition, this mod allows you to install custom cameras for bosses, but also to modify the AI of enemies to your liking. In short, it is more than complete and we invite you to discover it just here.
5 – Pause the game
As the name suggests, this mod simply allows you to pause your game. However, it turns out to be very useful because, as players of the latest FromSoftware game have surely noticed, it is impossible to pause the game in the original version.
So here is a simple mod, but more than useful to the Shardless all over the world.

4 – Grand Merchant
Merchant Kale is probably the first merchant players encounter at the start of Elden Ring, provided they don’t stray too far off the beaten path. He is a reliable merchantalthough its loot isn’t as useful as that provided by other merchants in the game.
However, with this mod, merchant Kale becomes one of the best NPCs in the game. All items in the game are available from Kale with this mod, making it a great option for experienced players who want a much more expanded experience.

3 – Item and Enemy Randomizer
The Item and Enemy Randomizer is surely one of the most fun Elden Ring mods. It simply allows you to redistribute the cards : All items and all enemies will thus appear in totally random places, not corresponding to their original location in the Underworld.
Imagine, you find yourself facing Malenia after only 5 minutes of play. It is also possible, with this mod, to control which enemies you want to spawn, or not. If, for example, you only want to compete against Godricks, it’s possible!

2 – Ultimate Table
Ultimate Table is a great mod that totally breaks the mechanics of the game and lets players go wild tinkering with different aspects of the game.
The idea is to be able to browse the map by godmode but also to be able to cast several spells at once. Players who have fully completed Elden Ring or just want to vent their frustration against certain enemies can put this mod to good use.

1 – Seamless Co-op
This is a more than useful co-op mode if you want explore the inter-earth together. It simply allows you to free yourself from the barriers that co-op imposes on Elden Ring. In the original version, if one of the two players dies during a confrontation, both must start from scratch. Once a boss is defeated, the summoned player is automatically kicked from their host’s game. In fact, the summoned player is totally dependent on his host.
This mod allows you to enjoy a fully cooperative experience on Elden Ring. That’s to say to play the game from A to Z without your friends having to leave you. Thus, you can explore the Underworld freely, in pairs or more!
