The world of Elden Ring is typical of FromSoftware games, that is to say quite dark, and populated by creatures of all kinds who for the most part only want one thing: to annihilate you. You would have understood it, the characters who roam the Entre-terre are not very warm and of course, all of this fits perfectly with the main plot of the game.
But while we thought Elden Ring was dark enough as it was, a player created a mod to immerse the Shardless in a crossover between FromSoftware’s masterpiece and Silent Hill. A perfect creation for Halloween…
Elden Ring gives goosebumps!
This terrifying mod comes to us from the unique association of a modder (Matt Gruen) and a streamer (LilAggy), both passionate about the world of Elden Ring. The gaming experience therefore changes radically: a permanent fog reduces the players’ field of vision, map-type elements are no longer available and to top it off, enemies appear completely randomly. Difficult to see them coming in the thick mist, thus guaranteeing maximum jumpscare!
The players of this mod will therefore be scaredbecause already exploring the Underworld is not easy, but doing it in this atmosphere at Silent Hill is a feat.

On the side of Silent Hill
The horror game will forever mark the history of the industry. The baby of Konami and Kojima will have made a whole generation of players tremble with its more than gloomy atmosphere or even totally creepy screamers (dedication to the little girl in the building of Silent Hill 2).
But while many are eagerly waiting a remake of the second opus, the developers of this supposed game have revealed little / no information. The only leads to a potential remake are a few leaks, which have not been formalized by the Konami or BlooderTeam teams.
Although the Silent Hill mod in Elden Ring is very impressive, it reminds us that anyone who shivered misses this flagship horror license in front of the adventures of James Sunderland!
