(CercleFinance.com) – Bank of America Corporation declared that it crossed upwards, on January 11, 2023, indirectly through the companies it controls, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the Elior Group and hold 6.64% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Elior Group shares on the market and an increase in the number of Elior Group shares held through assimilation.
